HongKong Post available for shipping liquid now to all over the world !

Any order with liquid will be charged minimum 3kgs postage price by the courier if you select DHL.

Hkpost can not ship good with lithium batteries. So if you want order hardware and liquid both, please separatele buy them in different orders. If you order kits or battery together with liquid and send by HKpost, we will send them separately, Kit with battery is sent via sweden post and liquid by HKpost.

  • Sweden/Netherland Post is now available!!! 

Regarding the hangsen liquid, From Oct 28th,,we will send the bottles by the normal bottle in order to ship you fast (without orignal hangsen label and bottle but it is still orignal hangsen).(combine 200pcs will take many days due to the sales reduce for hangsen), if you aware of the normal bottle, please be careful to place your order.

Shipments and returns

1. Shipment 

*. Packages are generally dispatched 1-3 working days after receipt of payment, however, this varies by according to the item's stock status.

 *. We provide 3 shipping services: EMS(4-7days), China registered airmail(7-40days depending on the backlog of parcels and the traditional holidays.) DHL (3-5days). All not including our preparation time. So please contact to our customer service to combined shipping cost for each order according to the shipping weight and destinations.

 *. For taxes, as usual we will declare it as gifts and value between 10-30USD in order to make you pay less or none taxes.

 *. We do not cover customs risk for orders including e juice/Prefilled cartridges and any tamper or otherwise with your product. Thanks for your understanding!

2. Tracking:

*. We will send the tracking no. to you as soon as we send out the goods by email or message, the information on the website will be updated 3-4 days after we sent out the goods and the package is scanned by the post company.

 3. Warranty & Return

 *. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the products been made to your order specifications. Try your products as soon as possible to ensure that the order is correct and the products are in working order.

 *. Must contact us within 48 hours by email after receiving the defective product. Any overdue DOA replacement claim is invalid.

 *. All the defective parts or kits, we have policy to return back in good condition , after received and test, then make a replacement. If you are returning or exchanging products, please make sure they are in their original condition.

  Note: For all replacement orders, we recommend to send together with customer’s new order, which will enhance processing speed so that orders can be shipped out quickly.
